Job summary

ChampionX seeks a Digital Account Manager to drive BI-enabled solutions in Williston or Dickinson, ND. You’ll partner with business units, coordinate with IT and marketing, and apply data-driven approaches to opportunities, while ensuring Safety and compliance in all activities.

You will influence cross-functional teams, lead dashboards, and support product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience with business intelligence solutions (SSRS, Power BI, SQL).
• Ability to resolve problems independently and act timely.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with global cross-functional teams and varied technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to define solutions addressing opportunities.
• Build relationships across US Land for best practice sharing.
• Utilize internal resources to achieve goals (Marketing, IT, Ops, BD).
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and maintain project data.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital solutions and processes.
• Support product life cycle through design and development phases.
