ChampionX is seeking a Digital Account Manager in Williston or Dickinson, North Dakota. You will remotely monitor Tank Level Monitors to boost production efficiency and support core digital solutions with data-driven insights.

The role requires BI skills (SSRS, Power BI, SQL), strong communication, and ability to coordinate with global teams. Travel may be involved; sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience with SSRS, Power BI and SQL.
• Ability to resolve problems independently and timely.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with business partners to define solutions.
• Build relationships with RAMs across US Land for best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RDE, TEAMS Center, Corporate Accounts, O2C, Management, BD, Operations.
• Liaise with internal technical resources on Digital Solutions and Corporate IT teams.
• Build visual management tools to identify and address key business opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and compile data trends in Power BI.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders and maintain status.
• Define and follow best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital solutions or processes.
• Support product lifecycle and manage design and development phases.
• Meet Goal Zero safety expectations and 100% safety reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Attend key customer meetings with account leads and support dashboards.
