Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a Digital Account Manager to remotely monitor Tank Level Monitors and collaborate with internal teams to maximize production efficiency in North Dakota. You will build dashboards, analyze data with Power BI, and support customers with B2B solutions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, 3+ years in analytics, and fluency with SSRS/Power BI/SQL. Some travel may be required; sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with business intelligence solutions (SSRS, Power BI, SQL).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to define solutions addressing opportunities.
• Build relationships with RAMs across US Land for best practice sharing.
• Utilize internal resources to accomplish goals (Marketing, RDE, TEAMS Center, Corporate Accounts, O2C, Management, BD, Operations).
• Liaison with technical resources on the core Digital Solutions and Corporate IT teams.
• Build visual management tools to identify and address key business opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and compile data trends into Power BI.
• Provide accurate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Follow best practices and identify opportunities to improve digital solutions or processes.
• Support the product lifecycle and manage design and development phases.
• Meet safety expectations and maintain compliance.
