Job summary

LCNB National Bank is seeking a Digital & Social Media Strategist to join the Marketing team at the Lebanon, OH operations center. The role focuses on developing digital and social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across Consumer, Business Banking, Lending, and Wealth lines.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of digital marketing or social media strategy experience, strong content creation and data analytics skills, and familiarity with banking

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing, advertising or social media strategy, or related field experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, trends and best practices
• Experience with social media advertising, budget management, and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with financial services marketing regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong content creation, storytelling, and writing skills for both internal and external audiences
• Creative data-driven thinker with the ability to analyze performance and optimize strategies

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design and copywriting for digital marketing and internal communications; create, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns; use CMS to update the Bank website and create new pages
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor KPIs like engagement rates and audience demographics to refine strategy and boost reach
• Cross Functional Support: Coordinate email marketing campaigns; content creation; list management; support branch network with digital materials and local marketing initiatives
• Project Management: Manage marketing department operational requirements; engage with third party partners; manage agency projects; perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Officer

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Data Analytics or a related field
