Job summary

WEEK-TV Peoria, part of Gray Media, is seeking an organized Multimedia Sales Manager to drive digital sales strategy and revenue growth. You will work with the Director of Sales to develop the sales team and champion digital revenue for the station.

The role emphasizes new local direct and digital revenue, training the sales team, and presenting updated collateral to clients, with a focus on results and consultative relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years in broadcast and digital sales
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead digital sales initiatives for the station
• Forecast revenue for local, digital and direct budgets
• Provide digital training to the sales team
• Assist Media Executives in presenting and closing business
• Maintain up-to-date sales collateral
• Oversee digital campaign tracking, delivery and reporting
• Collaborate with partners and advertisers as a digital advertising expert
