Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist to drive sales of digital offerings (software, hardware, devices) and support Field Sales in pre-sales activities. You will train customers and proactively visit prospects to sell software solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital sales, excellent English, and a proven track record of achieving targets, with strong analytical skills and cross-functional coordination. Experience with Mywellness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales or a related field.
• Excellent English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products and market trends.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking.
• Demonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability targets for digital offerings (software, hardware, devices).
• Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training on our Wellness Network offering.
• Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions.
• Educate and activate customers through e-learning, live education, and tutoring to ensure high usage of the Mywellness platform.
• Provide reliable forecast and pipeline management.
• Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
