Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to drive new business and partner with clients to implement ADP's payroll, tax, HR and benefits solutions. You will engage CFOs and HR admins, grow your book of business, and leverage modern digital tools with a consultative selling approach.

Expect extensive sales training and a clear path to advancement. You will start with daily activity goals, receive coaching, and enjoy autonomy, weekday schedules, and travel-free, flexible work.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required; skills matter most.
• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience can help build team, resilience, negotiation, trust-building and success.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within assigned geography to close sales and reach goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and build a network of new business.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and cross-sell ADP solutions.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.
