You’ll assist with prospect research, CRM upkeep, proposal drafting, and weekly reporting while coordinating communications with prospects and clients. Mentorship from the Director of Digital Sales offers a clear path to advancing in digital sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• No media or digital sales experience required; eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documents, presentations, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director with meeting prep — researching prospects, pulling background, and organizing notes ahead of calls.
• Help manage and organize the sales pipeline within our CRM, keeping records accurate and up to date
• Assist with drafting and formatting proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Conduct prospecting and lead research to identify new business opportunities
• Help compile and format the weekly pipeline/results report
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications with prospects and clients
• Support LinkedIn content efforts and other market visibility initiatives
• Adopt new tools quickly and identify ways technology can improve efficiency
• Take initiative to solve problems and seek answers independently
