Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology programs globally. You will drive architecture, delivery and value realization across complex, AI-enabled transformations for major clients.

You will guide pursuits, shape strategies, and own the roadmap from inception to deployment, collaborating with procurement and IT leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP platform capabilities and AI-enabled functionality.
• 2–3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP/GEP programs.
• Experience delivering complex global procurement transformations across regions and systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits: strategies, roadmaps, proposals and client workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders including C-suite sponsors.
• Proven people leadership with team development and accountability for delivery and sales goals.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, discovery, strategy, estimation, proposals and executive presentations for complex digital procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture, value case, roadmap and delivery model.
• Serve as lead architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current-state and future-state design across procurement processes and analytics.
• Define solution blueprint including data migration, controls and release strategy.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making and automation.
• Govern architecture decisions and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Drive mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization with governance.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and regional performance.
• Coach and develop teams while contributing to sales, pipeline and account growth.
