Job summary

Sinclair is seeking a hands-on Station Manager to lead a market with a sharp focus on revenue growth and a digital revenue strategy. You will co-author the station operating plan, own digital growth, and translate strategy into measurable sales and operational execution.

You will partner with the GM on budgets, targets, staff, and go-to-market plans; lead a data-driven sales team and drive performance across linear and digital offerings while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior management at a media company with hands-on TV advertising sales/ops.
• Proven track record growing digital revenue across OTT/CTV, social, email, sponsorships.
• Strong data analytics, attribution, and ability to translate metrics into pricing.
• Experience co-creating operating plans/P&L with station leadership; budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership: hiring, coaching, and driving performance in sales/ops.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; adept at modern prospecting tools (CRM, AI).
• Excellent written/spoken communication; able to present to senior leadership.
• Tech familiarity: Excel, PowerPoint; CRM; programmatic/SSP/DSP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale digital product offerings (OTT/CTV, programmatic, social, email) integrated with TV.
• Partner with the GM to set Operating Plan: budgets, revenue targets, staffing, promotions.
• Lead sales strategy; coach the sales team to sell data-driven, integrated campaigns.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, KPI reporting; use analytics to drive pricing.
• Drive new business development with aggressive outreach and modern prospecting tools.
• Manage employee/station relations in GM's absence; ensure continuity during events.
• Hire, mentor, and hold staff accountable; foster collaboration balancing creativity and performance.
• Build strong local client relationships and identify non-traditional revenue opportunities.
