Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a hands-on Station Manager to lead this market with a sharp digital revenue strategy and close collaboration with the General Manager. You will co-author the operating plan, own digital growth, and translate strategy into measurable sales and operational execution focused on revenue growth.

You will develop OTT/CTV, programmatic, social, and email offerings, partner with the GM on budgets and targets, and drive high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior management at a TV station or media company with hands-on TV sales and operations.
• Proven track record growing digital revenue across OTT/CTV, social, email, and digital sponsorships.
• Strong capability in data, analytics, and attribution to translate metrics into pricing and sales programs.
• Experience co-creating operating plans / P&L management with station leadership; budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership: hiring, coaching, and accountability for sales and operations teams.
• Experience with CRM and modern prospecting tools (AI tools a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale digital product offerings (OTT/CTV, programmatic, social, email) integrated with TV packages.
• Partner with the GM to set the Operating Plan: budgets, targets, staffing, promotions calendar, contingencies.
• Lead sales strategy and execution; train and coach the sales team on data-driven campaigns.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and KPI reporting; use analytics to inform pricing.
• Drive new business development with modern prospecting tools and AI.
• Manage employee and station relations in the GM's absence; ensure on-air/digital continuity during breaking events.
• Hire and mentor staff; foster a culture balancing creativity and performance.
• Build and maintain local client relationships; identify non-traditional revenue opportunities.
