Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and lead new dealer launches for SmartPath/MONOGRAM.
• Improve utilization of the platform at existing dealerships through relaunches and training.
• Provide ongoing support, monitor performance metrics, and train regional staff.
• Travel to dealerships 50%–75% of the time to implement initiatives and collaborate with region staff.
• Serve as SME for SmartPath and MONOGRAM, stay current with features and best practices.
