Job summary

Shift Digital seeks an Automotive Digital Field Consultant to work with leading automotive OEMs and dealerships across major US markets. You will support sales processes, optimize digital marketing and sales initiatives, and travel extensively to educate dealers and OEM staff on process opportunities.

Ideal candidates have strong communications, presentation, and consulting skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights and training materials for regional teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Discovery, observation and recommendation generation.
• Experience presenting to OEM and dealership staff.

Responsibilities

• Construct and deliver presentations to improve dealer sales process knowledge for OEM and dealership staff.
• Generate daily consultation recaps with defined actions and outcomes.
• Serve as sales and process consultant for OEM Regional staff and dealers to meet digital goals.
• Create and share reference materials of best practices and fundamentals.
• Provide field support for regional meetings, seminars and trainings.
