• Automotive sales experience preferred (Toyota experience a plus).
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Comfort using CRM and digital tools.
• Ability to professionally handle trade-in discussions.
• Organized, disciplined, and accountable.
• Ambitious, motivated, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full Toyota ownership journey.
• Conduct needs-based consultations.
• Deliver professional product presentations focused on value and fit.
• Manage unsold showroom, phone, and internet leads.
• Execute disciplined follow-up using CRM tools.
• Convert opportunities over time through consistency and professionalism.
• Work the phone to re-engage prospects and prior customers.
• Build repeat and referral business.
• Properly evaluate trade-in vehicles using condition, mileage, and market data.
• Explain trade-in values and market conditions to customers.
• Use CRM and sales-process software daily.
• Operate in a fully digital, paperless sales environment.
