Qualifications

• 5–10 years progressive leadership experience.
• Rental industry experience with team leadership.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital response specialists.
• Train and onboard new digital response team members.
• Conduct quarterly and annual reviews.
• Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Forecast quarterly and annual sales and adjust budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts.
