Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Resource Librarian to enhance the firm’s digital library strategy. You will support attorneys, business professionals, and leadership with centralized, high-quality research resources and services.

You will leverage AI-driven tools within firm guidelines, ensuring accurate, accessible information across offices while advancing research services and knowledge initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited program, with legal bibliography coursework or experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams and functions.
• Familiarity with legal and business information sources including AI-powered tools.
• Experience with computer-assisted legal research and document retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition, cataloging, and processing of print/digital resources; optimize workflows and library system.
• Support digital resource strategy, space planning, and AI tool adoption per firm policies.
• Deliver training and outreach on digital resources, research tools, and AI.
