Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Resource Librarian to advance our firm’s digital library strategy and deliver excellent service to attorneys, business professionals, and leadership.

This hybrid role focuses on managing print and digital resources, training and outreach, AI-enabled research tools, and ongoing collaboration with Research Services and Knowledge & Innovation to support firm objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; builds effective relationships across teams.
• Familiar with legal and business information sources, including AI-powered tools.
• Experience with computer-assisted legal research and interlibrary loan.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition, cataloging, and processing of print and digital resources; optimize workflows.
• Deliver training and outreach on digital resources, research tools, and AI.
• Explore and apply new technologies to improve research efficiency and knowledge access.
• Conduct entry-level legal and business research using digital resources and AI; present findings clearly.
• Collaborate with Research Services and Knowledge & Innovation to support firm objectives.
