Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Resource Librarian to advance the firm’s digital library strategy and provide centralized, efficient support across offices. You will deliver exceptional service to attorneys and business professionals while building strong relationships and applying AI tools within firm guidelines.

Responsibilities include resource management, training, research, and collaboration with Knowledge & Innovation to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communicator with ability to build relationships across teams.
• Proficient in legal and business information sources including AI-powered tools.
• Familiar with generative AI concepts and practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition, cataloging, and processing of print and digital resources, optimizing workflows and the integrated library system.
• Deliver training and outreach on digital resources, research tools, and AI to attorneys and staff.
• Explore new technologies, databases, and AI tools to improve research efficiency and knowledge access.
• Conduct entry-level legal and business research using digital resources and AI, and deliver concise reports.
• Collaborate with attorneys and library colleagues to advance firm objectives and support initiatives.
