The ideal candidate holds an MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program with at least one year of library experience, and is proficient in the MS Office suite and research databases.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency with legal/business information sources and research databases.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and practical applications.
• Master’s degree in Library/Information Science from an ALA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition, cataloging, and processing of print and digital resources to optimize workflows.
• Support digital resource strategy, space planning, and adoption of AI tools within firm policies.
• Deliver training and outreach on digital resources, research tools, and AI to attorneys and staff.
• Conduct entry-level legal and business research using digital resources and AI and present findings clearly.
• Collaborate with lawyers and library colleagues to advance firm objectives and growth.
