Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communicator with cross-team relationship skills.
• Well-versed in legal and business information sources and AI-powered tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document retrieval workflows.
• MLS/MLIS from an ALA‑accredited program with legal bibliography exposure.

Responsibilities

• Resource management: acquire, catalog, process resources and optimize workflows.
• Training & outreach: deliver training on digital resources and AI tools.
• Technology & innovation: apply new technologies to improve research efficiency.
• Research & analysis: conduct entry-level legal/business research and deliver findings.
• Collaboration & growth: build partnerships and support firm initiatives.
