Job summary

Surfshark is seeking a communications professional to lead a dedicated team of online reputation specialists. You will guide messaging across channels, monitor sentiment, and manage reputation projects for a global cybersecurity brand.

You will work with Product, Legal, PR and Customer Service to ensure consistent messaging, shape product development, use sentiment trends to drive improvements, and develop scalable communication templates.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in PR or online reputation.
• Systematic problem-solving in unstructured situations.
• Analytical thinking and ability to dig into macro- and micro-level details.
• Strong understanding of social platforms (Reddit, Facebook, X).
