Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic communications, digital communications or corporate/public affairs, with senior-level experience in a complex org.
• Experience leading social media strategy, governance, and multi-channel digital programs with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience using analytics and social listening data to inform strategy and respond to performance trends.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise storytelling into cohesive digital presence across social media, newsroom/blog and external platforms.
• Establish and maintain publishing standards, workflows, accessibility and SEO across channels.
• Lead digital governance, platform management and escalation protocols with leadership and media relations partners.
• Define and track digital performance measures tied to enterprise outcomes, translating insights into action.
• Coach and develop the Senior Communications Specialist, Social Media, and ensure cross-training for critical digital functions.
• Collaborate with media relations, content strategy and marketing to ensure aligned audience experiences.
