Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Digital Product Owner for Chromatography Data Systems (CDS). In this role you will lead the product direction for Empower, OpenLab CDS and Chromeleon, connecting scientific workflows with trusted data across TDS laboratories and global sites.

You will collaborate with DOS, system architects, SMEs and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and measurable business value while driving digital transformation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma or related sciences/engineering disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sectors.
• Experience with Empower, Openlab CDS, or Chromeleon is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP regulations; understanding of GAMP and SDLC requirements is preferred.
• Experience with FAIR data principles and digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CDS future state with business value.
• Support regulatory, audit, SOP management; ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Align stakeholders; prioritize system enhancements; promote adoption.
• Manage data lifecycle from collection to analysis adhering to FAIR.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Technical Application Owner to guide feature design and data integration.
• Vendor management for laboratory, manufacturing, and data analytics systems.
• Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of systems and data.
• Cross-functional leadership; drive adoption and value realization of systems and data.
• Shape business vision for CDS within the lab system landscape; translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Networking within industry and enterprise supply chain to benchmark and share best practices.
