Job summary

Futureproof is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join a global pharmaceutical R&D organization supporting the Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform. You will bridge lab scientists, quality teams, IT, and integration teams to onboard, configure, govern, and continuously improve OpenLAB CDS across GxP and non-GxP environments.

This is a highly business-facing role combining Business Analysis, Laboratory Informatics, SDLC, Validation, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting laboratory software platforms.
OpenLAB CDS experience preferred.
Laboratory Information Systems experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, laboratory teams, Quality, and IT.
Gather and analyse business requirements for OpenLAB CDS implementations and migrations.
Conduct workshops and intake sessions with laboratories migrating to OpenLAB CDS.
Understand laboratory workflows and translate business needs into system configuration requirements.
Document business processes, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Analyse chromatography laboratory workflows and support OpenLAB CDS configuration decisions.
