Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Chemistry IT Systems, to shape enterprise discovery informatics platforms across Beerse and Spring House. You will guide data-driven AI-augmented workflows across Design–Make–Test–Analyze cycles, translating scientific needs into scalable tech capabilities and integrated data flows.

The role requires strong chemistry informatics background, collaboration with researchers and developers, and proven product leadership to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry or relevant field; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical R&D molecular discovery with small/large molecules.
• Experience partnering with scientists, tech teams and cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of cheminformatics data pipelines and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery informatics platforms for molecular discovery across sites.
• Shape data-driven AI-enabled workflows and scalable platform design.
• Define requirements, manage projects, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate across cross-site teams and external partners on programs.
