Job summary

CareSource seeks a Digital Product Manager I to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital products. You will manage cross-functional teams, align roadmaps with business goals, and ensure quality and compliance while driving customer-focused outcomes.

You will partner with IT, marketing, and operations to translate business needs into actionable product work, maintain backlogs, monitor analytics, and report progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, CS, IT, or related field preferred.
• Three years of professional experience in digital projects.
• Experience translating business requirements into UX applications for technical specs.
• Project planning/management experience; leading teams on large projects.
• Digital product owner experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth and optimization of digital products to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
• Develop and manage the digital asset budget.
• Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to stay on budget.
• Define and communicate product strategy and backlogs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate with IT partners and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance for digital products.
• Translate business goals into actionable product work.
• Monitor analytics and customer experience to inform decisions.
• Explain progress and timelines to stakeholders.
