Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital product roadmaps focused on marketing technology, customer engagement, gifting experiences, loyalty, and retention.
• Translate product objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with IT, UX/UI, and cross-functional partners through development, testing, and release.
• Maintain product backlogs and track deliverables to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and releases.
• Identify opportunities for incremental product improvements from feedback and performance data.
