This role will collaborate with senior product leadership and cross-functional teams across Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, E-Commerce, Technology, Analytics, and Customer Experience to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and help deliver roadmap initiatives that improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital product management or related digital role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, technology enhancements, or customer-facing product initiatives.
• Familiarity with product development processes, including requirements gathering, user stories, testing, and feature implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across Marketing, Technology, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital product roadmaps in marketing technology, customer engagement, gifting experiences, loyalty, and retention.
• Translate objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with IT, UX/UI, and crossfunctional partners during development, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain product backlogs, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and release coordination.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and production releases; document defects and updates.
