Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Senior Process Manager, Product Information, to lead the design, governance, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of product information processes. You will operate within the global strategy framework and drive standards, requirements, deployment plans, controls, and performance enhancements across materials, SKUs, and product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or information systems.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in process management, business transformation, product or master data, or deployment.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, such as ERP, product data, master data, or comparable platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams, facilitating decisions, and delivering results through influence.
• Experience using measures and structured problem-solving methods to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Process Management and Governance: Manage end-to-end product information processes aligned with global strategy, standards, policies, and controls.
• Document and maintain process designs, roles, decision rights, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend changes to improve standardization, scalability, compliance, and outcomes.
• Coordinate review and approval of process changes through governance forums.
• Deployment and Business Readiness: Lead workstreams across validation, testing, go-live readiness, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support.
• Develop readiness plans, business sign-offs, process documentation, and deployment dependencies.
• Partner with technology teams to confirm system configuration supports approved process requirements.
