Responsibilities

• Drives digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
• Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results, and recommends enhancements; prioritizes and justifies recommendations; drives business case development.
• Develops and designs features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of identified market needs; manages development, rollout or promotion of digital experiences.
• Partners with stakeholders across Product, Technology, MIS, LOB, Marketing to ensure experiences meet goals; collaborates on product-specific marketing initiatives; supports risk management and audit needs.
• Drives business, financial, and customer experience results and mentors Product Managers and Associates.
