Sunwest Bank seeks a Product and Engineering Leader to steer product management and software delivery across digital, data, payments, and internal platforms. You will own roadmaps, discovery, prioritization, requirements quality, launch readiness, and performance measurement, building highly accountable teams to deliver the Bank's software solutions.

In year one you will publish a three-year technical roadmap, establish a predictable delivery cadence, and set architecture standards for

Formación

• 12+ years in software engineering and delivery
• 5+ years leading software organizations at a director level or above
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD practices
• Strong architecture, vendor management, and delivery leadership

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain a three-year technical roadmap for software and data capabilities
• Ensure throughput, quality, and predictability across the software organization
• Set architecture direction for custom software, integrations, and security practices
• Lead build-versus-buy decisions with total-cost of ownership analysis
• Unify discovery, prioritization, requirements, and release planning across Product and Development
• Lead AI and data initiatives toward production outcomes
