Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Digital Product – Technology, AI & Data (Summer 2027). You will collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data teams and business partners to understand user needs and translate insights into actionable product work within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities include shaping digital products that improve the experience of Amgen colleagues and support the mission to serve patients.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program with a 3.0 GPA
• Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule
• Must be able to commit to future full-time employment by July 2028 if offered

Responsibilities

• Support product discovery by researching user needs, documenting workflows, and synthesizing feedback from interviews, surveys, and product data
• Translate business problems and user needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and product documentation
• Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and release-readiness activities
• Analyze product usage, operational data, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements
• Prepare concise presentations, status updates, and recommendations for product and cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver user-centered digital capabilities with quality, speed, and patient impact in mind
