Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Undergraduate Intern for Digital Product in Technology, AI & Data (Summer 2027) to help shape digital products that improve the experience of Amgen colleagues and support the mission to serve patients.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data teams, and business partners to understand user needs, translate insights into actionable work, and support delivery in an Agile environment. Strong coding and analytical skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program
• GPA 3.0 minimum or equivalent
• U.S. location required for duration of internship

Responsibilities

• Support product discovery by researching user needs and documenting workflows
• Translate business problems and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release-readiness activities
• Analyze product usage, operational data, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare concise presentations and recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered digital capabilities
