Job summary

Amgen offers a Grad Intern – Digital Product – Technology, AI & Data (Summer 2027) opportunity. You will work with product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and domain experts to turn complex needs into scalable product capabilities.

You will help with discovery, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery, while learning how to assess product performance and communicate progress across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Master’s program for a Master’s internship OR a PharmD/PhD program and completed the first year before the internship starts.
• Preferred: Master’s in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field; 1+ year relevant work experience.
• Biotech/healthcare exposure is a plus; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy, discovery, and delivery of digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and domain experts.
• Translate stakeholder needs into problem statements, personas, and backlog items.
• Support end-to-end product delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, launch prep.
