Responsibilities

• Assist with product discovery by researching user needs and documenting workflows.
• Translate business problems and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release-readiness activities.
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare concise presentations and status updates for stakeholders.
