Job summary

The Digital Print Specialist / Center Associate at The UPS Store, Inc. delivers world-class customer service to retail customers, business owners, and busy families.

You will pack and process shipments for local, national, and international delivery and manage print orders using various carriers. You will operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminators, and cash registers, and advise customers on products and best-value options.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to handle walk-in and phone/email inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and high quality control.

Responsibilities

• Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in customers and inquiries.
• Communicates effectively and listens to customers, co-workers, vendors, and leadership.
• Empathizes with and manages demanding customers to turn a stressful event into a positive experience.
• Packages shipments for safe arrival and handles printing tasks.
• Produces designs and proofs for print projects using Adobe and Microsoft Suites.
• Operates equipment and assists others as needed.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• May open/close the store and perform end-of-day accounting.
