Job summary

BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Digital Print Service Manager to lead our Digital Print Service organization across North America. This high-impact role will oversee a geographically distributed technical service team supporting our growing Digital Print install base.

You will own staffing, budgeting, and service performance, travel as needed, and act as a senior escalation point for complex customer and technical issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technical and/or field-based teams.
• Experience managing multiple levels of an organization preferred
• Background in digital print, industrial printing, corrugated, industrial equipment, or field service is a major plus
• Strong customer and service leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets and driving business performance
• Ability to lead a distributed team and travel as needed

BHS Corrugated is looking for an experienced Digital Print Service Manager to lead our Digital Print Service organization across North America.

What We're Looking For
