Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a Digital Print Service Manager to lead a geographically distributed service organization across North America. You will oversee a team of service leaders, technicians, and specialists, driving uptime, customer satisfaction, and profitable service operations.

This leadership role requires experience in digital/industrial printing environments, strong client relationships, budgeting acumen, and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing technical and/or field teams.
• Experience leading distributed teams across locations.
• Background in digital print or industrial printing is a major plus.
• Strong customer relationship and service leadership skills.
• Experience budgeting and driving profitability.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Print Service organization.
• Oversee field service ops, scheduling, dispatch, coverage.
• Lead onsite Supervisors and technicians.
• Drive uptime, OEE, first-time fix rate, MTTR.
• Own staffing, workforce planning and training.
• Manage service revenue, budgets, costs and profitability.
• Ensure successful execution of projects from startup to lifecycle.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, operations, and print-process teams to improve performance.
