Job summary

BHS Corrugated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Digital Print Service Manager to lead our digital print service team across North America. This high-impact leadership role will oversee field service operations, staffing, and service delivery for our growing install base.

You will drive uptime, customer satisfaction, and profitability while developing leaders and coordinating across electrical, mechanical, operations, and print-process teams. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience leading technical and/or field-based teams.
• Background in digital print, industrial printing, corrugated manufacturing, industrial equipment, or field service is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Print Service organization.
• Oversee field service operations, scheduling, dispatch, and coverage.
• Drive equipment uptime, OEE, first-time fix rate, MTTR, and customer satisfaction.
• Own staffing, workforce planning, training, and team development.
