Qualifications

• Two years of print and sign experience is preferred.
• Basic math and computer literacy are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative to customers, communicating capabilities and requirements.
• Convey pricing, services, and timelines to customers and support teams.
• Coordinate with production for digital print, bindery, and finishing processes.
• Assist with billing, deposits, and payments; ensure customer satisfaction.
