AlphaGraphics is seeking a Customer Service Representative and Digital Key Operator to join our West Jordan team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, managing digital print production, and supporting finishing and sign projects.

You will collaborate with teammates to meet customer needs, convey our capabilities, and ensure accurate billing and timely delivery. Training and career advancement opportunities are available in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of print and sign experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work over waist-high tables
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative of the organization.
• Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
• Confer with customers by phone, email and in-person to provide information about products or services.
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Digital Print Production tasks as needed.
• Print Bindery & Finishing and Post-Press Equipment handling as required.
• Large Format & Sign Finishing with Installation when necessary.
• Equipment Maintenance requirements and general duties to ensure quality output.
