Join to apply for the Digital Press Operator, Online role at The Bernard Group, Inc.

**$3.00 per hour Shift Differential on top of your base pay if you work the majority of your shift after 5:00 pm**

Smartpress is a 100% employee-owned, fast-growing online printing service committed to eco-friendly practices. We operate a new fleet of HP Indigo 12000 presses and are seeking an enthusiastic Press Operator to join our team. Responsibilities include reviewing electronic customer files, ensuring prepress operations are complete, loading paper, removing finished products, and performing daily press maintenance. Printing experience is appreciated but not required.

Shifts available: Wednesday through Friday 6:00 pm to 6:00 am (Rotating Schedule every 4 months)

Minimum qualifications include:

• a high school diploma or GED
• experience operating press equipment preferred
• ability to lift 50 lbs.
• HP Indigo 12000 / 100K press experience

In this role, you will:

• ensure files are complete and quality-checked
• prepare and check files for print
• maximize substrate yield during printing
• perform quality checks and print jobs accordingly

• perform miscellaneous tasks as needed

This is a full-time position located in Chanhassen, MN with a salary range of $43,056 - $50,544 annually, based on experience and market conditions.
