Job summary

Stantec is seeking a seasoned Digital Strategy Lead to shape and steer the digital agenda for our Energy & Resources BOU in North America. You will drive strategy, governance, and transformational programs across multiple disciplines and partners, ensuring ROI and alignment with business goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and advance data analytics, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives to future-proof the business and deliver measurable benefits to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
• 7+ years of professional experience; AEC experience strongly preferred.
• Specialized experience in implementing enterprise-wide digital practice projects.
• Technical certifications relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical, operational, and economic factors for digital tools and initiatives.
• Develop business cases, budgeting, cost recovery models and ROI tracking for digital investments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and governance for digital programs.
• Develop a robust digital strategy for the BOU aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage digital budgets and monitor performance of digital assets and initiatives.
