Stantec in North America is seeking a Digital Practice Leader to drive digital transformation across the Energy & Resources BOU. The role oversees strategy, governance, and delivery of digital initiatives, collaborating with IT and innovation teams to enhance efficiency and client experience.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in the AEC digital space, strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and a proven track record in ML/AI strategy and cybersecurity maturity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
• 7+ years of professional experience; AEC experience preferred.
• Specialized experience implementing enterprise-wide digital projects.
• Technical certifications relevant to the position.

• Assess technical, operational, and economic factors to identify constraints or risks related to digital tools and technologies.
• Develop a robust digital strategy for the BOU aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure governance, security, and privacy standards are maintained.

• Monitor ROI and adjust strategies to optimize results.
