Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in digital leadership within the AEC sector, strong data analytics, and a capability to align governance with business goals and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional experience; AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing enterprise‑wide digital practice projects of strategic significance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust digital strategy for the Business Operating Unit (BOU).
• Lead digital governance, security, and privacy frameworks across projects.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to drive digital initiatives forward.
