Job summary

Stantec is seeking a seasoned leader to advance its digital practice within the Energy & Resources sector. The role focuses on building a robust digital strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across business lines in North America.

A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in the AEC space are required, with a track record in ML/AI strategy and program delivery. The candidate will drive digital transformation, manage budgets, ensure security and compliance, and lead change initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional experience; AEC experience preferred.
• Technical certifications relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical, operational, and economic factors for proposals and digital tool deployment.
• Develop business cases, budgeting, and cost recovery models for digital investments.
• Monitor ROI and adjust strategies to maximize value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across BOUs and external partners.
• Develop a robust digital strategy for the BOU that aligns with organizational goals.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance for digital initiatives.
• Lead organizational change to embed digital capabilities.
• Conduct market research on digital trends and competition.
