Job summary

Stantec is seeking a North America Sector Leader for Management & Technology Consulting within the Water group. The role directs advisory, digital, program management, technology, asset management, and organizational transformation services across North America.

You will lead a community of practice, advance digital transformation, and partner with regional leaders to win strategic pursuits while mentoring teams and shaping market strategies.

Qualifications

• Lead and inspire teams with a strong commitment to goals and Stantec values.
• Experienced industry leader in management/technology consulting, advisory services, or related fields.
• Strategic understanding of technologies, regulations, and trends affecting water-sector clients.
• Demonstrated ability to champion innovation and lead implementation of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual Sector Plan identifying growth opportunities and priorities.
• Lead the recruitment and development of consulting professionals and nurture top talent.
• Engage directly with key clients to strengthen relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to expand capabilities and differentiate Stantec’s advisory services.
