Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Digital Practice Leader to advance technology integration within the Energy & Resources Business Operating Unit. This role guides digital transformation, develops strategy, and ensures governance, security, and ROI across projects.

The position requires leadership, collaboration across BOUs and external partners, and a hands-on approach to AI/ML technology strategy to future-proof the business. Regular in-office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in an AEC context is strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing enterprise digital practice projects is desired.
• Knowledge of digital governance, security, and privacy standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align a digital strategy for the Business Operating Unit (BOU).
• Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring ROI and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with innovation office and IT to advance digital delivery and governance.
• Manage budgets and resources for digital products, assets, and initiatives.
