Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Controls Supervisor within its Energy & Resources practice in North America. You will lead the Project Controls team and drive planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting to deliver robust project performance for our clients.

Reporting to the Project Services Manager, you will develop KPIs, standardize processes, and collaborate with project managers across multiple offices to optimize delivery while maintaining a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of project controls experience in an engineering management or EPC/EPCM environment.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls team delivering robust planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project controls procedures and KPI’s.
• Monitor project performance and provide variance analysis with corrective actions.
