Job summary

NP Digital, a global performance marketing agency, is seeking a Digital PR Specialist to support all digital PR initiatives. You will conduct research, build targeted media contact lists, draft and execute outreach, and assist with performance reporting.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work across teams. This is a pipeline position tied to anticipated growth, with a clear career path from Associate DPR Specialist to Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• 1-2+ years working experience in media relations and social media in-house or at an agency.
• Successful experience pitching media and earning coverage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital PR and Reddit strategies tailored to client goals (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, website traffic).
• Monitor industry trends and real-time conversations to identify opportunities.
• Support client onboarding, campaign setup, and research.
• Assist outreach to media, bloggers, influencers, and community moderators to earn coverage.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to create visuals and video content when needed.
